Expand your legal research options with online sources provided by the William M. Rains Law Library.
These services are available to Loyola Law School Los Angeles faculty, students, and staff.
For off-campus access:
- If a database is marked with as asterisk, you must call the reference desk, at 213-736-1177, to obtain the password.
- Download the library toolbar (currently only supported by Windows XP/2000, Internet Explorer 6.0+, and Mozilla Firefox). You will only be required to login once using your First Name Last Name, and 7-digit ID number, located on your ID card, in the barcode box. After initial login you’ll be authenticated for off-campus access.
Many more databases, indexes, and other research tools covering a wide variety of topics are available via LMU’s Von Der Ahe Library. LMU databases are only accessible on-campus.
Law School faculty, students, and staff may also use LexisNexis and Westlaw. For more information, see Computer Lab.
