The Loyola Law School campus is now using the Identity Management (IdM) system to access SWS, the campus Wireless Network, email and campus student printing, copying and document scanning.
To change your Identity Management (IdM) Account password go to the IdM link at http://idm.lls.edu to retrieve and answer the questions in order to access the system and create a new IdM password. Your username CAN NOT be changed.
Loyola Law School is now using Google Apps for Education. Google will be providing the back-end for email, calendaring, and document storage. All student email has been migrated to Google.

The Library Computer Resource Center (CRC), located on the second floor of the William M. Rains Library, includes approximately 70 desktop computers, multiple function printers, a scanner, and additional peripheral devices made available for student use. The CRC computers provide access to various application software (e.g., Microsoft Office products).
CRC / Computer Lab Help Desk Hours are**:
Monday - Thursday 9AM to 9PM Friday - Saturday 9AM to 5PM Sunday 1PM to 9PM **Schedule subject to change
The CRC / Computer Lab Help Desk staffs primary responsibility is to facilitate and support student access to technology services in the following areas:
- help students with the campus Identity Management (IdM) system
- accessing the campus wireless network
- network based printing
- document copying and scanning
- application software including email, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- account maintenance including login support, password resets, and print quota management
- use of resume preparation technologies
- distribution of CALI (Computer Aided Legal Instruction) software
- LEXIS and Westlaw services
CRC staff will provide the following services for student-owned laptop computers on a first-come, first-served basis:
- help in configuring laptops to access file sharing, printing, and wireless network services
- assistance in installing, testing and troubleshooting examination software provided by the Law School
- assistance in installing anti-virus software provided by the Law School
- assistance in detection and removal of computer viruses, spy-ware and ad-ware
- provide referrals for technology services not supported by CRC and the Law School
The Help Desk staff will NOT:
- Repair student personal laptops/notebook computers
- Loan any software licensed for campus-only use
